The property has undergone a complete renovation, including new plumbing and electrical installations, new flooring, bathrooms with carefully selected materials and atmospheric lighting throughout.

The house offers four comfortable bedrooms – three downstairs and one upstairs – and three beautifully designed bathrooms, including a spacious SPA-inspired bathroom. All bedrooms feature hotel-quality beds, blackout curtains, air conditioning and their own 55-inch TVs.

One of the highlights of the house is its spacious designer kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is cleverly hidden behind large cabinet-style doors – keep it open while cooking or close it completely to transform the space into an elegant dining room.

The spacious living room features a 75-inch TV, Xbox 360, books and games, making it a great place to relax together after a day outside.

Outdoors, you’ll find a private swimming pool with beautiful open views, as well as two terrace areas. Thanks to the house’s western orientation, evenings here are particularly special – sit outside, enjoy dinner or a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the mountains.

The house is being offered to guests directly after its complete interior renovation, so everything feels fresh and newly finished. Further landscaping of the garden is planned for autumn, together with the addition of a private sauna. Some parts of the outdoor surroundings are therefore still awaiting their final landscaping.

Sleeping arrangements

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – Upper floor:

1 double bed (160 × 200 cm).

Bedroom 2 – Lower floor:

2 single beds (90 × 200 cm each) that can be kept separate or joined together to create one large bed (180 × 200 cm).

Bedroom 3 – Lower floor:

2 single beds (90 × 200 cm each) that can also be kept separate or joined together to create one large bed (180 × 200 cm).

Bedroom 4 – Master bedroom, lower floor:

1 double bed (160 × 200 cm) with a private en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms feature hotel-quality beds, blackout curtains, air conditioning and their own 55-inch TV.
